WebI would recommend that for the time being into the next several weeks(to allow time for healing ) that you also avoid spicy foods, acidic foods (oranges, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, bananas) onions, tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers, coffee and alcoholic drinks.Avoid anti-inflammatory meds as well (Tylenol is OK).
