This can make it harder for learners to get help when they need it, and to access materials and resources for learning. WebIf you are assessed as needing a service, Self Directed Support (SDS) gives you four options to help you organise this. SDS aims to give you as much choice and control as possible over how your support is planned and provided. We also provide an out-of-hours service to support staff on public holidays and outside of normal working hours.
