Webb1 jan. 2012 · These data were calculated by using the Monte Carlo Codes PHITS, FLUKA and GEANT4 applied to the computational male or female reference phantoms also using the radiation and tissue weighting factors of ICRP Publication 103 (2007). PHITS ( P article and H eavy I on T ransport code S ystem) is a general purpose Monte Carlo particle transport simulation code developed under collaboration between JAEA, RIST, KEK and several other institutes. It can deal with the transport of all particles over wide energy ranges, using several nuclear reaction models and nuclear data libraries.
