Second Son is a full retail release. You'll easily ge 10 hours out of Second Son, whereas First Light was only ever meant to be a sub 10 hour experience. Combat is very similar, though you have variance with different abilities. I got Second Son for $20 and it's by far one of my favorite PS4 games.
