WebFeb 23, 2015 · I recently made a purchase at Krogers grocery. I used my visa card and swiped it once and something happened (according to the clerk) and she went through the motions of voiding it. She asked me to swipe the card a second time and I thought it was taken care of. I just looked at my statement and I was charged twice for the item.
