WebYes, it hits like a freight train - but frankly plasma rifle is only little weaker and fires much faster. Crits are most probably much better from Railway due to all going through ballistic, not split with energy, so base is much higher. I wouldn't recommend it for rifleman for daily runner. WebYou can be as tanky as a PA heavy gunner with this combo. Quad commando weapons are the single best for DPS, yes. Better than bloodied. Maybe a combo of sentinel/cavalier armor pieces. My bloodied stealth commando is as tanky as my heavy gunner in daily Ops with a simple switch of sneak for dodgy and escape artist for born survivor.
