With a lot of less survivability because of damage scaling and the fix of several health exploits with lifegiver + speed demon. If you get overeater legendary pieces you can run with any PA, even escavator is good. Union PA would be the best option overall but you need to get some plans first. Don't forget to use electric absorption legendary perk that will make you quite immortal in some cases.
